Dr. Richelle L. Oakley
Dr. Richelle L. Oakley is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems in the Mike Cottrell College of Business at the University of North Georgia. Her research interests focus on examining (1) the role of technology in helping organizations achieve social goals that benefit society and (2) the impact of emerging technology (social media, e-learning, etc.) on human behavior. She has published in top-ranked IS journals and has presented at numerous regional, national, and international IS conferences.
